Hi, I'm Cindy,

I’m excited to welcome you to The Signature Business Owner Series for Female Advisors. Having launched, grown and sold a successful independent practice from scratch... I know what it’s like to build a brand and work with clients through their life’s journey. 

I found my true passion was helping financial advisors help their clients. I’ve coached hundreds of financial advisors over the last 3 decades—each with their own goals, challenges, and definition of success.

Along the way, I’ve worked with advisors and firms at every stage of growth—from start-up through M&A and succession planning – from solopreneurs to multi-advisor multi-office practices. Whether navigating strategic planning, team dynamics, or business growth initiatives, the focus has always been the same: helping advisors lead with clarity and build businesses that reflect their values, support their goals, and increase enterprise value over time.

This series is designed to build on what’s already working—and challenge the way you think about how you lead, communicate, and grow as a business owner.
